Formative Assessment Institutes are offered to districts and schools that have implemented Math Out of the Box for two or more years. Participants work in grade level teams to develop standard-based rubrics for each subconcept of an identified strand. Teams develop a plan to translate formative assessment artifacts into grades that match district-adopted report cards.

Fees are negotiated with schools and districts.
